As MCACHEM, we are aware that the health and safety of our employees and guests may be affected in our activities and operations under our umbrella. Therefore, our primary goal is to prevent and minimise occupational accidents and diseases. In order to achieve the relevant targets, to ensure continuity by creating a safe working environment and for all preventive activities, our Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Policy will provide the following basic requirements.

– Carrying out risk analyses related to accidents or emergencies that may occur during the activities, planning and implementing measures to minimise environmental damages in case of accidents and emergencies.

– Ensuring the health, safety and social welfare of employees, visitors, subcontractors/contractors at all levels by taking into account the environmental and human impacts of the raw materials and technologies selected in production processes, and minimising all kinds of material and moral losses that may arise in the future for themselves and their families.

– Satisfying the relevant legal requirements and the conditions determined by the relevant parties necessary for production and other activities.

– Determining the aspects that may cause environmental pollution in advance and duly taking necessary measures in a timely manner.

– Reducing our wastes, ensuring recycling of wastes for beneficial use, minimising the negative effects of non-recoverable wastes on the environment.

– Complying with the environmental legislation in force in our country and company environmental policy procedures by establishing legal compliance assessment processes.

– Reducing the consumption of resources such as water, gas and electricity used to carry out our activities by considering all kinds of efficient working methods.

Taking into account all the above requirements, MCACHEM management team and managers are responsible for the implementation of this policy, ensuring the continuity of the environmental management system, improving our performance in these matters and increasing the reputation of our company.
